This is a very stylish fixture and fairly straightforward to mount. We use this for a kitchen light. There were necessary components inside the package to help the installation, I took about 10 minutes to complete, as I was able to use existing holes for the screws. The brightness was very good, not too bright, just right for my kitchen. No flicker or harsh.
